Leigh is a Fellow of the RICS, CIArb, CIOB and the IChemE.
Leigh is a highly experienced Commercial Director, Adjudicator, Expert Witness and Chemical Engineer, specialising in a wide range of construction and process, mechanical, electrical and controls work.
Leigh’s experience is across a range of industries including building construction, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, water and wastewater, rail, energy production, food and drink production, dairy, residential and super-prime residential and hospitals.
Leigh has acted as an Expert Witness in court and adjudication proceedings, instructed by solicitors and private companies. Leigh has acted in both civil and criminal cases.
Leigh is an Adjudicator, sitting on the RICS President’s Panel, CIArb President’s Panel, the CIC Panel, the IChemE President’s Panel and UK Adjudicators. Leigh also sits on the Low Value Disputes Panels of both the RICS and CIC.
Leigh is an accredited Expert Witness with the RICS Expert Witness Accreditation Scheme (EWAS) and a member of the Academy of Experts.
