Lee is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Consultant and Expert Witness in the sectors of building and civil engineering having worked for major contractors such as Costain and Skanska. Lee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Lee has extensive procurement expertise and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
Lee has been involved in a number of high-value and complex projects in London, including major rail projects at Paddington and Bond Street.
Lee has experience of Dispute Resolution and has been appointed as single-joint expert in a number of recent disputes. He produces Advisory Reports and provides expertise in the production of Expert Reports on large complex disputes.
Lee has considerable experience in adjudication. He is a qualified adjudicator and regularly represents parties in adjudication including the management of the process and drafting of submissions.
